Shoulder pain gone

This product worked well for me. My doctor prescribed vitamin D3 because I suffered from constant night pain in my shoulder, with my vitamin D level at just 19. After less than a month, that pain no longer troubles me. I would recommend this brand if you need to raise your vitamin D levels!

Elbow pain relief

After three months of use, my Vitamin D levels jumped from 69 to 101, which is fantastic! Proper vitamin consumption is vital; I take it in the afternoon or evening after a meal, in line with my doctor's advice. Alongside more energy, I unexpectedly found my elbow pain, diagnosed as tennis elbow, had ceased entirely. Everything is fine now, and I continue using it preventively to avoid serious issues, especially amidst COVID concerns.

Leg pain decreased

I am 59 years old and had never taken vitamin D before. However, after learning about its importance, particularly during autumn and winter when sunlight is scarce, I decided to try it due to persistent leg aches and joint inflammation. Remarkably, after just ten days, I noticed significant improvement in my leg pain, and after a month, the discomfort in my hip joints and muscles was gone, along with reduced pain from rheumatoid arthritis. I highly recommend trying it as it works quickly and efficiently!

After testing my vitamin D levels, I was pleasantly surprised; they increased significantly, and the associated issues I had with my teeth and back pain have vanished. This improvement clearly indicates the necessity of maintaining adequate vitamin D levels for bone health.

Pain symptom relief
Recently, interest in vitamin D's impact on health has surged, leading me to test my levels, which revealed a significant increase from 17 to 23 ng/ml after three months of taking it. The capsules are small and tasteless. Since starting, I've noticed faster healing of wounds, improved skin condition, stronger nails and hair, and stabilised hormonal levels with cyclic chest pains and PMS symptoms reduced. Additionally, my sleep quality has greatly improved. I plan to continue with this excellent product!

Shoulder pain increases

Toxic for my body. I switched from my usual D3 brand to this more economical one, but just a couple of days in, I developed pain in both shoulders, a contrast to my usual healthy state. Not knowing the cause, I continued taking the supplement. The shoulder pain worsened, and then I started experiencing pain in my legs. After six days, I suspected the supplement and stopped taking it; the various pains diminished and disappeared within three days. I am unsure which ingredient caused this toxic effect, either magnesium stearate or some cellulose, but I have marked it never to return to these D3 capsules.
